Very cool! Of course would be even better if we had RMR or DLW data for them but this isn't shocking. A lot of them will be super suppressed. I saw a Tweet by Darth Luiggi of Ketogainz saying he averages 1,800-2,000kcal/day. Also Ted Naiman saying "Staying at 12% (bf) is not fun, not easy, and involves significant pre-meal hunger."

For sure. I am thinking about creating a leaderboard on the patchwork site lol

I don’t for a minute believe the weights listed for the women. Gabrielle Lyon is 5’2”. She’s muscular, but she doesn’t weigh that much.

It's what happens when you ask a.i. to populate data

Either you don't understand AI or are being malicious. Have you read her book? That's my source.

Then she collected old or misguided data

Gabrielle Lyon "collected old or misguided data" on herself?

The spreadsheet and the descriptions of their diets don't seem to match at least in some examples like Cole Robinson. He's eating near 4k calories according to the macros but the spreadsheet says around 2k.

Cole, Mindy and a few others advocate for repeated and prolonged fasts (or did) and that is factored in. I should have clarified in the daily meal bit. Good flag David.

Interesting. Yeah also if someone is using their body fat as fuel source, their caloric intake isn't necessarily viewable as sustainable/what we should look at if we're trying to mimic them. Appreciate the effort in putting these numbers together! Wish we had more and better data around these specifics in general because these things make a big difference!

Data is not up to date or a.i. generated

Well which is it Yannick
